The rules we run our own kids by

Adult supervision is required

• A responsible adult, 18 or older, must be watching the inflatable any time a child is inside it. Not from the kitchen window — outside, where you can reach the entrance.
• That adult stays sober and off the phone while kids are jumping. Trade off with someone every 20 minutes if you need to.
• LEAVE THE BLOWER ON for the entire rental — the unit stays inflated the whole time. The only reason to unplug it is lightning, thunder or winds around 20 mph. If everyone heads inside for cake, zip the entrance and keep an adult watching the unit.
• Keep the adult on site for delivery and pickup so we can walk you through the shutdown, the anchor points and the emergency deflation.

Rules for everyone jumping

• Shoes, glasses, jewelry, and anything in pockets come off before entering.
• No food, drinks, gum, candy, silly string, confetti, or face paint inside. Silly string permanently stains the vinyl.
• Similar sizes jump together. Little kids and big kids in separate turns.
• No flips, no wrestling, no piling on, no climbing the walls or the outside of a slide.
• Head-first sliding is never allowed. Feet first, one at a time, and clear the landing before the next kid goes.
• Respect the posted jumper limit for the unit — usually 6 to 8 small kids or 4 to 5 older ones.
• No pets in or around the inflatable. Claws puncture vinyl instantly.

Setup, anchoring and your yard

• We need a flat area clear of debris, rocks, sticks and pet waste, with a 3-foot buffer on all sides and no low branches or power lines overhead.
• Every grass setup gets steel stakes driven at each anchor point. We tug-test every strap before we hand it over.
• Driveway and hard-surface setups get sandbag anchoring and a protective tarp. Tell us in advance so we bring the right gear.
• The blower needs a standard household outlet within 100 feet on its own circuit. No extension cords of your own, please.
• Please mark or tell us about septic lines, sprinkler heads, and invisible fences before we stake.
• Once we set it, do not move it. If the placement is wrong, call us and we will come reposition it.

The rental waiver

• We email you a rental agreement to sign electronically before delivery day.
• Open it on your phone, read the rules, type your name and sign — it takes about a minute.
• The adult who signs is the responsible party for the inflatable the entire time it is on site.
• No signed waiver, no setup. We cannot leave a unit without one.

Weather policy

How we clean between rentals

• Every unit is washed, scrubbed and rinsed after each rental — floor, walls, netting and slide.
• We disinfect with a family-safe cleaner and let it dwell for the full contact time, then rinse and dry completely before it is rolled.
• Nothing goes back on the trailer damp. Damp vinyl is how mildew starts, and we do not deliver mildew.
• Units that go out Saturday are blocked off Sunday for thorough cleaning and drying. That is why every unit has a one-day gap between rentals.
• The final check is Deanna's. Nothing goes on the trailer until she says it is ready. That's the mother test.
