Meet the family

HOW THIS STARTED

Deanna and Dean with their three kids, standing together in front of the Level Up Family Inflatables trailer before a weekend delivery.
Deanna, Dean & the kids — the whole Level Up crew

We bought the first one for our own kids.

That was it. No business plan, no spreadsheet — just a castle in the backyard, because three kids and a Connecticut summer is a lot of days to fill.

Then a neighbor asked if they could borrow it for a birthday. Then somebody else did. Then we got a call from a family we'd never met, because a friend of a friend mentioned we had one. Dean would load it into the truck on a Saturday morning and set it up in somebody's yard. Deanna would have it cleaned and folded back up by Sunday night. And it kept happening, until we finally admitted we were running something.

So we did it properly. Licensed. Insured. More units, a real trailer, a schedule.

But the standard never changed, because it never needed to. Every single thing we own started as something we bought for our own kids to play on. We clean them the same way we did when they were only ours. We still won't send out anything we wouldn't set up in our own backyard on a Saturday.

That's the whole company.

Our promise to your party

Cleaned after every party

Every unit is scrubbed, disinfected and fully dried between rentals — never packed away damp, never delivered with yesterday's party still on it.

Kids tested

Our three kids get the first bounce on everything we buy. If it doesn't hold up to them, it doesn't go in the trailer.

Mother approved

Mom does the final walk-through: seams, stitching, netting, blower, stakes and anchor points get checked before we leave your yard.

Licensed and insured

We're a fully insured LLC. We'll happily provide a certificate of insurance for parks, schools and venues that need one.
